Rodizio Grill Brazilian Steakhouse
Orlando

We checked everywhere a diner can find Rodizio Grill at Pointe Orlando: Google's search results and AI answers, Google Maps, Bing, Yelp, Tripadvisor, OpenTable, the delivery and catering apps, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, the Florida state records, and the restaurant's own website. This page shows what we found, why it matters, and the steps that fix it. Every screenshot opens full size when tapped, and every step has a box to tick when it is done.

Every step here is free unless its cost line says otherwise. Tap a step to read how to do it. Tick the box when it is finished. This phone or computer remembers the ticks, and the Share progress button at the bottom of the page copies them as a code for another device.

  1. Step 1Done
Replace the Pensacola phone number in the Orlando page's code and add the full address.
The Orlando web page carries a short block of code called schema, which tells Google and the AI assistants the restaurant's name, address and phone in a form they read directly. On October 1, 2026, that code gave Orlando's phone as 850-466-2113. A Google search for that number returns only the Rodizio Grill in Pensacola. The same code gives the address as "United States" with no street, city or ZIP code. As a result, the one place where the website speaks to search engines in their own format connects Orlando to another restaurant's phone line and to no street address.

The website vendor replaces the block on both Orlando pages with the version below, which follows Google's own restaurant example. The vendor then tests the page in Google's Rich Results Test and confirms that the test reads the Orlando phone and street.

The map coordinates above are the ones Apple Maps uses for the restaurant's entrance. The hours above are the last-seating times the website states, so the vendor confirms the closing times with the location manager before publishing.

Step by step, from the official instructions
    1. On every location page, set the schema type to Restaurant and the name to the trade name every platform uses.
    2. Add servesCuisine, priceRange, a menu URL that points to an HTML menu with prices, geo coordinates within 100 meters of the entrance, openingHoursSpecification for every day and service, acceptsReservations, a potentialAction for reservations and ordering, and sameAs links to the Google listing, Yelp, Tripadvisor, the reservation platform, Facebook, Instagram and the delivery storefronts.
    3. Publish the menu as text with prices, not only as a PDF, because Google transcribes menus from the website and AI answers quote them.
    4. Put the reservation widget and the Order Online link in the main navigation and above the fold on a phone.

Source: Google Search Central's LocalBusiness structured data page (the Restaurant example) and DoorDash's order-link placement guidance. We read it on October 1, 2026, and the platform can change its screens at any time.

  2. Step 2Done
Correct the street number on Bing from 9191 to 9101 International Dr #1220.
Bing, Microsoft's search engine, shows the restaurant at "9191 International Dr, Orlando, FL" with no suite number. Every other listing we opened shows 9101. Bing's listing carries a verified badge, so someone already manages it, and Bing's results also feed Microsoft's Copilot assistant and Windows maps. A diner who copies Bing's address into a map app is sent to a different building on International Drive.

The location manager signs in to Bing Places with the account that verified the listing, opens the Orlando location, changes the street line to "9101 International Dr" and the second line to "#1220", and saves. Bing can also copy the details from the Google listing, which already shows the right address. If nobody knows which account verified the listing, Bing Places support can transfer it.

  3. Step 3Done
Bring the Uber Eats store in line with DoorDash, or close it.
An Uber Eats store named "Rodizio Grill Orlando" is live, and it ranks on the first page of Google for "rodizio grill orlando menu" along with a matching Postmates page. It charges $19.99 for the half-pound of grilled meats, while DoorDash and the restaurant's own ordering page charge $17.00. It shows the lowest price tier, a single "$", lists menu hours of 5:00 to 9:00 PM against 5:00 to 8:40 PM on DoorDash, and spells a menu section "Al Acarte". Bing uses its rating of 5 from 5 reviews as one of the restaurant's three scores. A diner who sees two different prices for the same dish trusts neither.
    Corporate marketingUber Eats Manager$0
How to do it, and the proof
    The Uber Eats store
    Uber Eats today

First, the owner decides whether Orlando still sells on Uber Eats. If it does, corporate marketing copies the DoorDash menu prices and the 5:00 to 8:40 PM ordering hours into Uber Eats Manager and corrects the section name. If it does not, corporate marketing asks Uber Eats support to close the store and remove the page, and checks the Postmates page at the same time, because Uber runs both.

Step by step, from the official instructions
    1. In Uber Eats Orders on the store tablet, select the menu icon, then Settings, then Store Info, correct the phone, address and hours, and Save; or in Uber Eats Manager open the Store page, then Store Info.
    2. If the restaurant has left Uber Eats, ask Uber to remove the public store page through the "Need to update information about your store? Contact Uber" link on that page, because a closed store page stays public and keeps ranking.

Source: Uber's merchant help page on hours, address and phone. We read it on October 1, 2026, and the platform can change its screens at any time.

  4. Step 4Done
Mark the restaurant's own ordering page as preferred on Google, and switch Takeout and Delivery on.
The Order online button on Google offers two choices: "Online Ordering by DoorDash," which is the restaurant's own branded ordering page that DoorDash runs for it, and the DoorDash marketplace app. Neither carries Google's "Preferred by this business" label. DoorDash's help center states that orders placed through the marketplace from Google give the restaurant no customer email or phone. At the same time, Google Maps lists the restaurant's service options as Dine-in yes, Takeout no and Delivery no, so a diner sees an Order button next to a line saying the restaurant does not offer takeout.

The delivery fees in the dialog favor the marketplace for the diner, so the owner chooses which of the two DoorDash options to mark preferred after weighing the customer data against the fee the diner sees.

Step by step, from the official instructions
    1. Go to the Business Profile and select Food ordering.
    2. Turn Accept orders on your profile on or off. Off hides every third-party option.
    3. Select the restaurant's own storefront link, select Set as preferred, turn on Preferred for pickup and for delivery, and Save. Customers then see "Preferred by this business".
    4. To remove a provider, select it and select Remove link. Google requires the provider to remove its link within 5 business days; if it does not, report a violation.
    5. DoorDash enables its Google ordering automatically for restaurants that have Online Ordering in their plan, so check the dialog even if nobody set it up.

Source: Google's page "Manage online ordering options" and DoorDash's "Order With Google" overview. We read it on October 1, 2026, and the platform can change its screens at any time.

Step by step, from the official instructions
    1. Go to the Business Profile, select Edit profile, then More.
    2. Next to the attribute group (Amenities, Dining options, Payments, Accessibility), select Edit, set each attribute to Yes or No, and Save.
    3. Some attributes come from customer answers and only appear as options after Google collects them; review them after the edit publishes. Review takes about 10 minutes and can take up to 30 days.

Source: Google's page "Manage your business attributes". We read it on October 1, 2026, and the platform can change its screens at any time.

  5. Step 5Done
Point the website's Order and Catering buttons at the Orlando store pages.
The Orlando page's "Order delivery & takeout" button opens a chain-wide store finder with an empty map and a box that says "Current Location". A diner must type an address before Orlando appears, and the finder then shows the address with a stray "# Ste" and an opening time of 2:59 PM. The "Order catering" button opens the chain's ezCater brand page instead of the Orlando catering page, which already exists with a $150 minimum and 24-hour lead time. Each extra screen loses some of the diners who reach it.

The location manager asks DoorDash's merchant support to remove the "# Ste" from the store address and to explain the 2:59 PM opening time.

  6. Step 6Done
Link Orlando's own Facebook and Instagram accounts from the Orlando page, and add the reservation link to the Instagram bio.
Orlando has active accounts of its own. The Facebook page "Rodizio Grill - Pointe Orlando" has 2,200 followers, a post from 39 minutes before our check, and 100% recommend from 82 reviews. The Instagram account @rodiziogrillpointeorlando has 3,208 followers and 937 posts. The Orlando web page links to neither. It links to the corporate Facebook, Instagram and YouTube accounts instead. The Instagram bio links to the group-event request form, so a diner who wants a table for two finds no reservation link there.

The website vendor changes the social icons on the Orlando pages to https://www.facebook.com/RodizioGrillOrlando/ and https://www.instagram.com/rodiziogrillpointeorlando/. The location manager edits the Instagram profile and adds https://www.rodiziogrill.com/orlando/reservations.aspx as the first link, keeping the event form as the second.

  7. Step 7Done
Set the hours for Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 26), Christmas Eve (Thursday, December 24) and Christmas Day (Friday, December 25) in Google, OpenTable, DoorDash and on the website.
Orlando serves only dinner on weekdays, and both Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve fall on a Thursday this year. The website says "Holiday pricing may vary" but states no holiday hours. Google shows special hours on a listing only as the date approaches, so the location manager confirms them in every system now rather than waiting. Every system we checked shows the same regular hours today, which makes this a matter of keeping them aligned through the holidays.

    How to do it

On Google, the location manager opens Edit profile, then Hours, then Special hours, and adds each holiday. On OpenTable, the location manager sets the same dates in the restaurant's hours settings. On DoorDash, the location manager sets holiday hours for the storefront and the marketplace store. The website vendor adds one line under the Orlando hours with the holiday hours and the holiday price.

  8. Step 8Done
Correct OpenTable's parking, capacity and event phone, and Yelp's price tier.
OpenTable lists parking as "Public Lot," while the website promises free validation in the Pointe Orlando garage with a Full Rodizio. OpenTable says the private rooms hold 20 to 600 guests, while the website says the restaurant seats 500 and the state food license lists 448 seats. OpenTable gives Renata Zocante's number as (623) 418-1678, an Arizona area code that appears nowhere on the website. Yelp shows the price tier $$$$, which on Yelp means over $61 a person, while dinner is $54.99. Tripadvisor and the Pointe Orlando directory list brunch, which the restaurant does not serve. Diners and AI answers quote all of these.

    2. Check the plan: on Basic ($149 a month) OpenTable charges $1.50 per network cover after the first 30 days and $0.25 per cover or $49 a month for reservations from the restaurant's own website; on Core and Pro, website reservations are free.
    3. Update the public listing's price band, hours by service, private dining contact and capacity so they match the website.
    4. Confirm the Reserve with Google partner feed is on, and that the name, address and phone match the Google listing.

    1. Go to biz.yelp.com, search for the business page, and complete the claim through the phone verification Yelp offers.
    2. Open Business information and correct the hours by service, the price tier, the attributes (for example whether dogs are allowed) and the website link.
    3. Reply to every one-star review from the last three months with the specific complaint addressed.
    4. If the restaurant wants its tables bookable in ChatGPT and Apple Maps through Yelp, that requires Yelp Guest Manager ($129 to $349 a month by Yelp's page, with no cover fees); the owner decides.

What we found, in one look

Diners rate Rodizio Grill Orlando highly everywhere, the Google listing is well kept, and Google's AI books it first for a table near the convention center. The problems sit in the facts other systems publish about it: a wrong phone in the website's code, a wrong street number on Bing, a second price on Uber Eats, and website buttons that lead to chain pages instead of Orlando pages. Separately, the restaurant is missing from Google's map box on the main Brazilian-steakhouse searches, where a competitor pays to appear.

What does the Google listing contain today?

Needs attention

The Google Business Profile is the listing Google shows on Maps and beside search results. For a restaurant it carries a menu, a reservation button, ordering providers, dining attributes, hours, a price band that diners report, and a review summary written by Gemini, Google's AI. Orlando's listing is among the better-kept ones we have seen: the owner entered the menu a week before our check, and the newest post went up two days before it.

What we checked

We opened the listing on Google Maps and in Google Search on October 1, 2026, signed in, with Google set to Orlando. We opened the Reserve a table and Order online dialogs, the full menu, the review summary, the newest and lowest-rated reviews, and the posts. Google Maps would not open its About tab in our session, so the full list of dining and dietary attributes is still to check; the search panel shows "All you can eat, Outdoor seating, Private dining room" and "LGBTQ+ friendly".

The popular-dish names "Grilled Meats 1 2 lb" and "Salad Bar Only -" come from takeout items, not from the dining menu. The location manager can rename them in the Google Maps app, as the menu instructions below explain.

How does a diner book a table or place an order, and what stands in the way?

Needs attention

OpenTable handles Orlando's reservations on the website, on Google and in Google's AI Mode, and the whole path works. DoorDash handles ordering through two channels: a branded ordering page in the restaurant's name and the DoorDash app. Uber Eats keeps a third store with different prices. Bookings from Google come through Reserve with Google, the program that lets Google show a partner's live tables.

Why this mattersBrightLocal's 2026 survey of consumers, which is a vendor's own research, found that 68% require a 4.0 rating, 31% now use only businesses rated 4.5 or higher, and 74% care only about reviews from the last three months. Orlando clears 4.0 everywhere. Yelp at 4.4 and OpenTable at 4.2 sit just under the 4.5 line, and Yelp's ten newest reviews stretch back five and a half months.

What we checked

We read Google's newest reviews from the three days before October 1, 2026, Google's lowest-rated reviews, Yelp's ten newest reviews, OpenTable's review summary and newest review, and the scores on Tripadvisor, Facebook and DoorDash. Many of Google's newest reviews name the server who helped, a pattern that suggests servers ask guests at the table. Asking is allowed. The Federal Trade Commission's rule of August 14, 2024 forbids any reward tied to a positive review and any undisclosed review by staff or family, so Step 10 asks the location manager to confirm how servers ask.

  1. Go to the Business Profile and select Read reviews.
  2. Next to the review, select Reply, write the reply, and select Reply again. Google checks it, usually within 10 minutes and sometimes up to 30 days, then posts it under the review.
  3. When asking guests for reviews, offer no reward that depends on a positive review, and have staff and family disclose any connection; the FTC rule of August 2024 prohibits both practices with civil penalties.

Which websites list the restaurant, and what does each one publish?

Broken right now

We opened 22 places that publish the restaurant's details and checked each against the facts on the restaurant's own page. Most carry the right name, address and phone. Bing carries a wrong street number, Uber Eats carries a second set of prices, and four platforms carry smaller errors. The listings diners see most come first.

What did we find on the restaurant's own website?

Broken right now

The Orlando page states every fact a diner needs in plain text: prices, children's prices, hours by service, parking, both phone numbers and the event contact. The problems sit in the parts diners do not see: the code Google reads, the sitemap, the links to other pages, and the page's speed on a phone.

What works
  • The page lists every price, including children's prices and the salad-only option, as text Google can read.
  • The reservations page uses OpenTable's own widget, and a Book a Table bar stays on screen on a phone.
  • The site lets every search engine and AI crawler read it, and the server answers in 60 milliseconds.
  • The chain menu page links a current allergy list dated May 2026.
What is broken or missing
  • The page's code. It gives Pensacola's phone, no street address, and none of the hours, prices, menu or booking links Google's restaurant example includes.
  • Speed on a phone. Google's Lighthouse test scored the page 48 of 100. The main image took 11.3 seconds to appear, and the layout shifted by 0.254, both in Google's "poor" range.
  • Two Orlando pages. A second page, /orlando/orlando-restaurant.aspx, competes with the main page in Google's results.
  • The sitemap. The sitemap, the file that lists a site's pages for Google, holds ten chain pages and no location page.
  • Phone layout. The heading "ORLANDO, FLORIDA" runs off the right edge, and the bar's Order button is cut off.
  • Questions the page does not answer. Dress code, group sizes and private rooms, dietary options, and holiday hours.
Show the details and the proof

We read the Orlando page, the reservations page, the second Orlando page, the chain menu page, robots.txt (the file that tells crawlers what they may read), the sitemap and llms.txt on October 1, 2026. The menu page shows no prices in its text, so Orlando's prices live only on the Orlando page and in Google's menu. The site has no llms.txt file; published research has found no measurable effect from that file, so we do not list it as a step. The speed test is a lab test on a simulated mid-range phone over a slow mobile connection, not a measure of real visitors.

What do Google's AI answers say about the restaurant?

Needs attention

We typed nine questions a diner would ask. Google answered some with an AI Overview, the AI-written summary above the results, and one in AI Mode, Google's chat-style search that can book tables. Each card shows the question, what the AI did, and what that means for the restaurant. Answers change by person and by day, so these describe one signed-in session on October 1, 2026.

AI Mode: find a table for 4 at a Brazilian steakhouse near the Orange County Convention Center Saturday at 7 pm
AI Mode listed Rodizio Grill Orlando first, under "Closest to the Convention Center," with a Reserve a table button and a 6:45 PM table. It then listed Fogo de Chão without a booking button, and Divina Carne and BoiBrazil with one. It offered to book Rodizio.
Listed first and bookable
rodizio grill orlando price per person
The AI Overview gave $39.99 for lunch and $54.99 for dinner and the right hours, citing the restaurant's page and Magical Dining. It added a 10% military discount from the Orlando Facebook page.
Accurate
rodizio grill orlando reservations
The AI Overview explained online booking for parties of six or fewer, phone booking for 7 to 19, and the event form for 20 or more, all from the restaurant's pages.
Accurate
does rodizio grill orlando have vegetarian and gluten free options
The AI Overview said yes and described the salad bar and gluten-free meats. It also said the restaurant is "100% peanut-free and MSG-free". The owner confirms that claim, because the AI repeats it as fact.
One claim to confirm
rodizio grill orlando dress code
The AI Overview said "casual," citing OpenTable and a Facebook thread from a South Jersey food group about another Rodizio. The Orlando page states no dress code.
Borrowed from another city
rodizio grill orlando vs fogo de chao
The AI Overview called Fogo "more upscale" with "superior meat cuts" and Rodizio a "casual, budget-friendly option" with a "fast-casual feel". Its sources included a Reddit thread from Oklahoma City.
Framed by other cities' posts
rodizio grill orlando vs texas de brazil
The AI Overview compared the two correctly: $54.99 against $63.99 at dinner, family-friendly against upscale, grilled pineapple against lobster bisque.
Accurate
where to take a group of 12 for dinner near the orange county convention center
The AI Overview recommended The Hampton Social, Taverna Opa, The Capital Grille and Vincenzo Cucina Italiana. Rodizio, which seats hundreds and has private rooms, was left out, even though the first result under the answer is Tripadvisor's list with Rodizio at number one.
Left out
best brazilian steakhouse in orlando, and brazilian restaurant orlando
Google showed no AI Overview for either search. The map box and the free results decide what the diner sees there, as the rankings section shows.
No AI answer
Why this mattersWhen a diner names Rodizio, Google's AI quotes the Orlando page and gets the facts right. When a diner asks a general question, the AI picks restaurants whose own pages answer that question directly, such as Vincenzo's page titled "Group Dining Near the Convention Center". When the Orlando page is silent, as it is on dress code, the AI fills the gap with posts about Rodizio in other cities. Since November 2025 Google's AI Mode books tables through OpenTable and other partners, and since August 2026 ChatGPT books through Yelp Guest Manager.
Show how we ran the searches

We ran every question in Chrome on October 1, 2026, between about 4:00 and 4:25 PM Eastern, signed in to a Google account, with the place named in the question. We waited eight seconds or more for each AI Overview to finish. The Ask Maps question in Google Maps, "where should I take 8 people for a birthday dinner near Pointe Orlando?", is the ninth question on the list and runs in the next monthly check. We did not test ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot.

We ran 24 searches a diner would type, each with "Orlando" or an Orlando landmark in it. The website does well in the free results for Brazilian-steakhouse searches. The restaurant is almost absent from the map box, the box of three map listings that Google places above the free results, and absent from every occasion search such as birthday, group, family and date night.

Who pays for ads around the restaurant?

Needs attention

We searched Google's Ads Transparency Center and Meta's Ad Library, the public records of every ad running on Google and on Facebook and Instagram, and watched for ads on the 24 searches and on the restaurant's own listings. Nobody runs ads for Orlando. One competitor pays for the top map spot, and another pays to appear on Orlando's Yelp page.

Rodizio Grill Orlando
No Rodizio ad appeared on any of the 24 searches. Rodizio OpCo LLC runs 53 Google ads that promote Sarasota and the chain. On Meta, six other Rodizio locations run their own ads, and the corporate page runs a $42.99 offer for Fort Lauderdale and Coconut Point. No ad names Orlando.
Adega Gaucha
Adega Gaucha pays for the first map listing on "brazilian steakhouse orlando" with "minutes from the parks. Reserve now." It runs about 43 active ads on Facebook and Instagram, including catering and halal-menu ads.
Yelp, on Orlando's own page
Bolay, a bowl restaurant rated 4.5, pays to appear under "You Might Also Consider" on Rodizio Orlando's Yelp page.
Delivery and catering apps
DoorDash advertises "$0 delivery fee, first order" on the Orlando store, which costs the restaurant nothing. We saw no ezCater ad above the restaurant's own result on Bing.

Which social accounts exist, and what do guests post?

Needs attention

Orlando runs its own Facebook page and Instagram account, and both are active. Guests and food creators post about the restaurant on TikTok far more than the restaurant does anywhere. MGH's survey of TikTok users, which is a vendor's own research, found that 58% had visited a restaurant after seeing it on TikTok.

What do the Florida state records show?

Working

Florida's Division of Hotels and Restaurants inspects the restaurant under food license SEA5811756. Florida Today's public copy of the state's inspection data shows that both 2026 inspections, on January 13 and August 11, ended "Met Inspection Standards," with five and four violations noted. Yelp shows the same "Met Inspection Standards" badge. The license is current until April 1, 2027 and lists 448 seats. It names Rodizio OpCo LLC as the licensee, while the "Rodizio Grill Orlando" trade name belongs to Fenix I-Drive, LLC. The owner confirms which company operates the restaurant, because the state, the ad platforms and the delivery apps should all name the same one.

Show the proof

The state's own license search did not return the record in our session, so the inspection dates above come from Florida Today's copy of the state data. The location manager can confirm them on the state's search page linked below. The Sunbiz records come from Florida's Division of Corporations.

This month and this quarter, step by step

The eight steps for this week sit at the top of this page. The ten steps below follow them.

This month

  1. Step 9Done
Confirm which company operates the restaurant on each state record.
The food license names Rodizio OpCo LLC, a Delaware company registered in Florida in July 2025 that also runs the chain's Google ads. The "Rodizio Grill Orlando" trade name, filed in 2019 and renewed in 2024, belongs to Fenix I-Drive, LLC. Both list the Sandy, Utah office. The owner decides with the company's accountant or attorney whether the trade-name record needs an update, so that every platform that asks for a legal name gets the same one.
OwnerFlorida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz)$0 to check; any filing fee is set by the state
    The records
  2. Step 10Done
Answer every Yelp review the way the Google reviews are answered, and write down how servers ask for reviews.
About half of Yelp's ten newest reviews carry an owner comment, and the one-star review from April 19, 2026 has none. Yelp's rating feeds Bing and MapQuest. On Google, the restaurant answers every review within hours, so the same person or routine can cover Yelp and OpenTable. The location manager also writes down how servers ask guests for reviews and confirms that no reward depends on a good review, because the FTC rule forbids that.
Location managerYelp for Business, OpenTable, Google$0
    How to do it
Step by step, from the official instructions

Source: Yelp's claim instructions and Yelp Guest Manager page. We read it on October 1, 2026, and the platform can change its screens at any time.

  3. Step 11Done
Merge the two Orlando pages, and add every location page to the sitemap.
The page /orlando/orlando-restaurant.aspx repeats the main Orlando page and competes with it in Google. The vendor moves any useful text into the main page and sets a permanent redirect, a 301, from the old address to /orlando/. The sitemap lists ten chain pages and no location page, so the vendor adds /orlando/, its reservations page and its events page.
Website vendorThe website's page settings and sitemap.xmlVendor time
  4. Step 12Done
Answer diners' questions on the Orlando page, starting with group dining near the convention center.
Google's AI left Rodizio out of a group-dinner answer and quoted another restaurant's page titled "Group Dining Near the Convention Center". The Orlando page should answer, in plain text: how far the restaurant is from the convention halls, how many guests the private rooms hold, how groups of 7 to 19 and of 20 or more book, the dress code, the gluten-free and vegetarian options, the parking validation, and the holiday hours. The location manager confirms each fact first, including the "peanut-free and MSG-free" claim that Google's AI repeats.
Website vendorLocation managerThe Orlando pageVendor time
  5. Step 13Done
Make the Orlando page load faster on a phone and fix its layout.
On a simulated phone, the main image took 11.3 seconds to appear and the layout shifted as the page loaded. The vendor compresses and resizes the large photo at the top, reserves space for images so the text stops jumping, shrinks the "ORLANDO, FLORIDA" heading to fit a phone screen, and makes the bottom bar fit both buttons. The vendor then re-runs Google's PageSpeed Insights and aims for a main image under 2.5 seconds.
Website vendorThe location page templateVendor time
  6. Step 14Done
Complete the Apple Maps listing, and fix YellowPages.
Apple Maps, which iPhone users and Siri rely on, names the restaurant only "Rodizio Grill". The location manager signs in to Apple Business, sets the full name used everywhere else, checks the hours, and adds Apple's Reserve action pointing to OpenTable and its Order action pointing to the branded ordering page. On YellowPages, the location manager adds suite 1220 and replaces the "Dine-in open!" description.
    Location managerApple Business, YellowPages$0
    How to do it
Step by step, from the official instructions
    1. Sign in at business.apple.com, choose Brands, then Locations, and select the location.
    2. Correct the name, category, hours and website, and drag the map pin to the entrance if it sits on the wrong building.
    3. Add Actions for the restaurant action types Menu, Reserve, Waitlist, Pickup and Delivery, each with a distinct URL; Apple approves them within up to three business days. The first Action becomes the Primary Action.
    4. Review the customer-facing attributes such as Pets Welcome and Parking Validated and correct any that misstate policy.

Source: Apple's Business User Guide pages "About Actions" (April 14, 2026) and "Edit or remove a single location". We read it on October 1, 2026, and the platform can change its screens at any time.

This quarter

  1. Step 15Done
Run Orlando's own ads on the two searches where Adega Gaucha pays, and on Facebook and Instagram.
The free map box for "brazilian steakhouse orlando" goes to restaurants closer to the center of Orlando, and Adega Gaucha pays for the spot above them. A Google local ad, which places a sponsored listing at the top of the map box, puts Rodizio there on that search and on "best brazilian steakhouse orlando". Six other Rodizio locations already run their own Meta ads, so corporate marketing can copy that setup for Orlando, aimed at convention visitors and families on International Drive. The owner sets the budget and reviews the bookings it produces each month.
Corporate marketingGoogle Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  2. Step 16Done
Open an Orlando TikTok account and work with the creators who already post.
Fifteen creators have posted about the Orlando restaurant, one video reaching 122,300 plays, and the restaurant has no Orlando account to reply, repost or tag. Staff post one short video a week of the gauchos carving or the grilled pineapple, with "Orlando" and "Pointe Orlando" in the caption. The location manager invites the top creators back for a visit.
    Front-of-house staffLocation managerTikTok$0
  3. Step 17Done
Re-run the 24 searches and the nine AI questions every month, including the Ask Maps question, and compare them with this page.
Map boxes and AI answers change month to month. A monthly re-run shows whether Steps 1, 12 and 15 move the restaurant into the map box and into the group-dinner answer. The first re-run adds the Ask Maps question and the full Apple Maps card.

  4. Step 18Done
Agree with corporate who changes each field, using the table on this page.
The website template, the delivery contracts and the ad accounts sit with corporate, while the listings and social accounts sit with Orlando. The owner and corporate marketing confirm the table in the "Who changes each field" section and name one person for each row.

How we checked, what we could not see, and how this page works

How we checked. We opened every page named here on October 1, 2026 in Chrome, signed in to a Google account, with "Orlando" or an Orlando landmark typed into every search. We read the Florida Division of Corporations records, the Orlando web pages and their code, the Google listing and its dialogs, OpenTable, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Bing, Apple Maps, MapQuest, YellowPages, the BBB, Pointe Orlando's directory, DoorDash, the branded ordering page, Uber Eats, ezCater, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Google's Ads Transparency Center and Meta's Ad Library.

Where the screenshots come from. Every small picture on this page is a capture of the public page named in its caption, taken on October 1, 2026. The schema picture is the page's code copied as text, as its caption says.

What we could not see. We could not see the owner's dashboards on Google, OpenTable, DoorDash or Uber Eats, the OpenTable plan, or Google's count of searches and bookings. Google Maps would not open the listing's About tab or the Ask Maps question in our session, and Apple Maps did not load its full card, so those join the first monthly re-run. We did not test ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot, did not search TikTok while signed in, and did not open the data companies' paid records. The state's license search did not return the inspection record, so the inspection dates come from Florida Today's copy of the state data. The speed figures come from a lab test, not from real visitors.

Where the links come from. Every listing task carries links to the page where the listing is managed, to the platform's own instructions, and to a support or problems page, plus a step-by-step drop-down that repeats the platform's instructions in plain words with the date we read them.

How the check boxes work. The ticks are saved on the phone or computer where they were made. The Share progress button copies a progress code. Pasting that code into the box at the bottom of the page on another device adds the same ticks there. The Concise and Detailed buttons open or close every detail block at once.
